*The night before*
Oh my God.
'How on Earth did I get here? It can't have been the poor alcohol's fault! I mean, it's not likely I get this drunk by myself!' I kept telling myself while watching the sleeping godess by my side. 'and it's not likely I get this lucky'
Yeah, it's not likely, but it did happen, apparently. I mean, I walked around the office where I work a whole day wearing my pants the other way around without even noticing once. How the hell could a guy like me get a girl like her?
So that was my situation in that moment. Stuck in bed with what I dared to call a 'woman' (even though she was more of a she wolf) figuring out (or trying to, at least) how to make some kind of conversation when we'd both be awaken. Ok, fine, maybe I could just say 'Where are my pants?' and then dress and leave, or I could dress and tell her to give me her number and maybe go out with her a couple more times so it wasn't that obvious that we were not going to see each other again in our lives. Or I could jump out of the window from the 10th floor in that exact moment, landing on my feet.
Ok, the third was not going to happen. Unfortunately.
I felt so awkward, more awkward than I usually felt. And that meant I pretty much sucked.
All of a sudden, she wolf turned and laid her head on my bare chest, running her hand up and down while making herself comfortable. The black lace of her bra against my skin and her own flesh against mine made me began feeling those heat flashes that appear before you begin sweating. And the tips of her wavy hair tickled my side, giving me goose bumps.
Oh my god. Again.
Reluctantly, I put an arm around her. The shoulders were too cheesy and too story-like area, so I went for the waist. My arm snaked and took good grip on it, and she let out a soft moan, that sounded like purring.
"You smell amazing," she mumbled, still half asleep. "and you have strong arms"
I should have celebrated. That was the very first time a woman that was not my mom or my sister complimented me. Go me?
Though I was a little unsure of what to do, I mumbled a 'Mhm' and let out a sigh, ready to close my eyes. If I had to think of something to do, I'd think of it the next morning.

*The next morning*
I sighed before I gave in on the reflex of the sun. Even if the day was cloudy, it still shone with this softer but whiter light and not even my arm over my eyes could help.
The mattress felt weird. It was lighter than I remembered, so I assumed she was up. I really didn't feel like getting up completely, so I sat up and skimmed the unfamiliar surroundings. Until I came across her eyes.
I felt like a prey. She was sat in an arm chair with her knees up, wearing my black shirt and taking hold of a mug, strongly staring at me. In any other woman I'd had found it disturbing, but it seemed completely natural on her. After all, I told you, she was a she wolf.
Either of us said or did anything for a couple seconds, until she left the 'I heart LK' on a nearby nightstand and walked to the bed. I couldn't do any other thing than watch her. Watch her walk to her bed, watch her crawl it up, watch her crawl me up…
"Did you sleep well?" She asked running a finger along my jaw line. I was about to piss my underwear.
"Yeah" A deep and rough (unknown, as well) voice took over my normal one. That was that morning voice you have when you just wake up. She seemed amused, somehow, by my voice or my response, I don't know.
"I slept well too," She sat on my lap.
Oh my god for the third time.
Probably watching my stupid expression, she laughed softly and began nibbling on my neck.
"How the hell did we hook up?"
Realization came to me after the words were already out of my big mouth.
"We got drunk and ended up in bed, do you need more explanations?"
With that, she smirked and got up, grabbing her mug from where she'd left it.
"Coffee?"
I shook my head.
"I should get going" Get going where? I didn't have absolutely anything to do on a Sunday morning. She read my mind.
"Where to? To see your girlfriend?"
Shit! I had forgotten about my date. Yes, I'm a douche.
"I don't play with double sided knives"
She chuckled.
"Never?"
I walked behind her and picked up my clothes on my way.
"I actually respect women and go at one at the time," I replied. "Just so you know"
"So that means there's only me?" She asked suggestively, leaning on the kitchen sink, where I could perfectly see her from the room.
"That means there's only her"
"Oh, right, the 'her' you thought of while you were doing me, am I wrong?" She grinned.
Slightly pissed, I shook that thought out of my mind. I wanted to leave straight away, already regretting what I had done the previous night, regretting meeting her, regretting getting drunk, regretting going out, regretting my life.
Once I had stepped on my pants and zipped them, I walked to her.
"Give me back my shirt" I demanded.
"Leaving already? My comment didn't hurt you, did it?"
"No, I just have to go. I need my shirt"
"Fine, take it from me"
"What?" For a moment I thought I heard wrong.
"Take. It. From. Me" She repeated pausing after each word, closing the space between us.
Oh my god, for the forth time...
Yes! Finally! Second 'chapter' of this new story I'm writing. This time featuring THE MAN, THE AWESOME, Hamish Linklater! Ok, the google images don't help AT ALL, but if you watch The New Adventures of Old Christine you'll see he's not that bad... Besides I still think he can be Duff Mckagan's brother lol
Hope you like it, let me know what you think!
Next part will be up soon, hopefully.
